If you should come to Plaka then you would do no better than to visit the Pevko (pine tree). This wonderful Taverna is set in a beautiful spot in Plaka, the perfect place to sit and relax and watch the world slowly pass you by. However if you are real lucky you may be in for a treat, most nights during the summer live music is performed in the rear garden. This is a perfect environment to sit back listen to the music and enjoy a drink or 2. Plenty of seating indoors and out, this Taverna / bar is a great hit with locals and tourists a like.

I highly recommend you visit The Pevko when you come to Plaka, once there you will not want to leave. You can find the Pevko as you come into Plaka from the Elounda end of the road, it's the first exit to the right under the very old and large Pine Tree, hence the name Pevko (pine tree).
